1. Services Provided

Archaic Astrology offers astrological readings, consultations, and timing analysis for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal guidance purposes. Services include:

• Birth chart readings and interpretations
• Transit and predictive forecasts
• Relationship compatibility analysis
• Timing consultations (electional astrology)
• Business and financial timing guidance

2. No Guarantees

Astrology is an interpretive art, not a science. We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes or predictions
• Accuracy of timing windows
• Compatibility assessments
• Investment or gambling results
• Business success based on electional timing

3. Not Professional Advice

Our readings are NOT substitutes for:

• Medical or mental health care
• Legal counsel
• Financial or investment advice from licensed professionals
• Business or career counseling

4. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at time of booking
• We accept major credit cards via Stripe
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for refund
• Late cancellations (under 48 hours) forfeit the booking fee
• No-shows are not refunded

5. Refund Policy

Consultation Services ($150+):

• If you're unsatisfied with your reading, contact us within 7 days
• We may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion
• Saturn Return readings have a specific satisfaction guarantee (see service page)

AI/Instant Services ($5-75):

• Due to immediate digital delivery, these are non-refundable
• Technical issues will be resolved promptly

6. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment
• Within 24 hours, rescheduling is at the astrologer's discretion
• Multiple reschedules may incur a fee

7. Recordings

All consultation sessions are recorded (audio only) for your reference. By booking, you consent to recording. Recordings are:

• Provided to you within 24 hours
• Stored securely for 30 days
• Not shared with third parties

8. Intellectual Property

All charts, reports, and written materials are for your personal use only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute readings
• Use charts for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove watermarks or branding

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate birth data (date, time, location)
• Be on time for scheduled appointments
• Communicate respectfully
• Not record sessions without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

Archaic Astrology's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on readings
• Financial losses from timing decisions
• Emotional distress
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
